There are apps available today for your phone that can help encourage you to drink more H2O. You can also explore different sources for healthy hydration. Coconut water is one of best forms of water you can ingest. It's been touted by some experts to help with hangovers, so if you like the taste try drinking a cup after a night of too much alcohol. Or maybe have a bottle after your yoga class. Experiment with the flavor by adding a splash of lime juice.
