We have added more Barre and Yoga Sculpt classes
to the schedule.
Hand weights add a new challenge to a traditional yoga flow class. This class includes resistance training exercises to help strengthen and tone the whole body. The class incorporates flow, weight lifting with repetitions and pulses to help increase lean muscle mass and improve circulation, and there’s always a challenging core workout mixed in!
Some experience is required.
Yoga Sculpt classes are now available Monday, Tuesday and twice on Thursday!
Barre classes are now offered on Monday, twice on Wednesday and Fridays! Barre is also offered on Sunday mornings for just $10!
NEW CLASS - Chakra Pop
A mind-body experience designed to get you sweating. In this dynamic movement inspired flow class, you will engage with your chakras from root to crown.
Similar to a flow class in strength, finished with a guided meditation to integrate your knowledge and honour the surrender after your effort.
Experience is suggested.
