SIGN UP: We recommend signing up online to ensure a spot.
SNACKS + HYDRATION: It is best to practice on an empty stomach. If needed, consume a light snack 30 minutes prior. Stay hydrated.
ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing such as shorts, sweats or leggings, t-shirts and tank tops are ideal. We encourage arriving dressed for class.
MATS: Mats are available to rent for $2. We have a variety of quality mats for sale in the boutique. Mat storage is available for $10/month.
Note: If you are not able to attend a class, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior. Late cancels will be charged the regular drop-in rate.
