Kate found her way on to her mat 12 years ago while looking for a workout and found much, much more. She fell in love with the safe space she found on her mat and the self acceptance her practice taught her, and realized fairly quickly she would want to share her love of all things yoga to whomever would listen. With over 500 hours of training, nothing makes her happier than gently guiding her students through a challenging flow, with articulate cuing for both body and heart. Kate believes yoga gives people the power to become their own healer, to find their own inner voice and to find their own freedom.
