How would you describe your class style?
Mindful, inclusive, fun, sweaty, and ever-evolving.
Your guilty pleasure?
ICE CREAM, even though I usually feel a bit sick after
You never leave home without…
... a book to read and a notebook.
Tell us something quirky about yourself
I like to tease my nephews and niece by telling them that I am their real mom but I couldn’t handle them so I handed them over to my sister (their mom) instead.
If someone asked you for random piece of advice, what would you say?
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Everything in life is an offer, and you get to decide what you make of it and how you show up. Every moment is an opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t waste time in regret, what-ifs, shoulds, expectations, or self-doubt, love each moment for what it is and show up ready to grow with a smile on your face.
