Flip your Perspective - Inversion Workshop with Mija Lee.
Increase your strength and flexibility to reach new heights in your practice! In this workshop you will learn how to reach the pinnacle expression of Sirsasana 1 and 2 (Headstand variations) step by step.
Why practice headstand? Inversions are beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety, increasing concentration, boosting self-confidence and stimulating the sympathetic nervous system. Come challenge your body and flip your perspective!

Qigong is the practice of working with energy through breath, movement, sound, and mind. This experiential workshop will guide you through several Qigong techniques and how they may be incorporated into your personal practice, or yoga teaching philosophies. Each session begins with qi gong breathing techniques and visualizations and will often include a standing meditation practice (otherwise known as the “million dollar secret of qi gong”).

Prenatal yoga will help to assist you in strengthening the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort while your body goes through some enormous changes.This warm and inviting class also provides space for you to connect with other expectant mothers and discuss pregnancy with a focus on the natural concerns that will come with preparing for your little one.
